Magh Mela 2026 is scheduled from 3 January to 15 February 2026, taking place at the sacred Triveni Sangam in Prayagraj. 

It will feature six major bathing (snān) dates, including:

• Paush Purnima on January 3 

• Makar Sankranti around January 14–15 

• Mauni Amavasya on January 18

• Vasant Panchami on January 23 

• Maghi Purnima on February 1 

• And finally, Maha Shivratri on February 15 

This Magh Mela is especially significant because it follows Mahakumbh 2025, making it the “first amrit snān” (sacred dip) after the grand Kumbh.
