Valley of Flowers is a breathtaking national park located in the Chamoli district of Uttarakhand, India. Detailed Itinerary
5 Night 6 Day
Day 01: Haridwar/Delhi to Joshimath
➢ Depart from Haridwar or Delhi early morning and drive to Joshimath (approx. 9-10 hrs).
➢ Enjoy scenic views of the Alaknanda river, Devprayag, and Rudraprayag.
➢ Overnight stay in Joshimath.
Day 02: Joshimath to Govindghat – Trek to Ghangaria
➢ After breakfast, drive to Govindghat (1 hr).
➢ Start the 10 km trek to Ghangaria (on foot, mule, or by helicopter – optional).
➢ Check-in and relax at Ghangaria. Overnight stay.
Day 03: Trek to Valley of Flowers
➢ Begin early for a 7 km trek to the Valley of Flowers.
➢ Explore the breathtaking landscape of alpine flowers and meadows.
➢ Return to Ghangaria by evening. Overnight stay.
Day 04: Trek to Hemkund Sahib
➢ Start the steep 6 km trek to the sacred Hemkund Sahib, located at 4,329m.
➢ Visit the Gurudwara and enjoy the scenic glacial lake.
➢ Return to Ghangaria for an overnight stay.
Day 05: Ghangaria to Govindghat – Drive to Joshimath
➢ Trek back to Govindghat.
➢ Drive to Joshimath and check in.
➢ Evening at leisure. Overnight stay in Joshimath.
Day 06: Joshimath to Haridwar/Delhi
➢ Drive back to Haridwar/Delhi with wonderful memories of the Himalayas and Valley of Flowers.
